SALES AND SALE PRICES
Sale prices will be compared with the price at which goods were previously sold by Imagination Time Limited over a 28-day period. Any other prices charged in between the previous and latest sale price will not necessarily be shown.
IMAGINATION TIME GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £1, £5 and £10. Gift vouchers, are posted by Royal Mail, and delivery is free if you only include gift vouchers in your order.
If you include other toys in your order in addition to gift vouchers, your order will incur the usual delivery charge.
Any promotional discounts we offer from time to time are not eligible on gift vouchers.
OUR 30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
In the event of Imagination Time sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Imagination Time within 30 days. Imagination Time reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Imagination Time confirms we will issue a replacement.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When you send back your item, we'll process the returned item and then notify you (via e-mail) of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within two weeks of our receiving your return.
ITEMS RETURNED BECAUSE THEY ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. We will also refund the cost of gift wrapping and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.
Imagination Time will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN THE SEVEN-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item, but we will not refund the postage and packing.
We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
